ProNine PM12 Dimpled Pitching Machine Softballs – Dozen

The ProNine PM12 is the 12 inch dimpled machine softball for fastpitch and slowpitch cage work: molded optic yellow dimpled cover, solid polyurethane center, 47 COR, and compression controlled to a 375 pound max so it will not dent bats. Softball programs buy dimpled dozens because they refuse to die, and this one adds consistency to the durability. Sold by the dozen.

The Everyday Softball Machine Ball

Team machine sessions burn through hundreds of feeds a week, and stitched softballs pay for that in covers and seams. The PM12’s molded construction has nothing to unravel: rain, turf, gym floors, and wheel friction all bounce off it, and the optic yellow stays easy to track from the batter’s box.

Controlled Compression, Honest Reps

47 COR with a 375 pound compression max means each ball leaves the wheels the same way, so hitters groove timing against a consistent pitch instead of adjusting to a mixed bucket. It also keeps the ball bat-safe for the composite barrels fastpitch teams swing.

Where It Fits

The CPM12 composite and LPM12 leather step up the feel from here, the PM9 is the 9 inch baseball twin, and every one of them pairs with the pitching machines in our lineup.

Fastpitch or slowpitch?

Both: it is a 12 inch machine ball, and the machine does not care which game you are training for. Match the size your league plays.

Dimpled versus leather for young fastpitch players?

Dimpled for volume and budget; leather like the LPM12 when you want machine reps to feel exactly like game pitches.
